Damaged Packages: In order to make insurance claims, the Post Office now requires that packages MUST be presented to your local Post Office for inspection before any claim can be made. You must save the original package and send pictures to Australian Pure Magnesium (APM) that show the damage after it was inspected by the Post office. There must also be proof that the Post Office inspected it (a letter or some documentation). A claim cannot be made unless these requirements are met, per the Post Office. APM is not responsible if these requirements are not met.
Stolen Packages: Stolen Packages: Shipping insurance will not cover stolen packages that are verified by USPS as delivered. APM will not be responsible for stolen packages.
