Shipping Delays/Shipping Fee Changes

Due to occasional shipping delays from customs, your order may delayed. We do not refund orders for these delays. The orders will be shipped as soon as it arrives to our destination and we are unable to ship out partial orders. This is normally a few days to a week. Since we import our products from Australia, we will encounter these delays on occasion and nothing we can do about it. This is rare but we do encounter this several times a year. Again, we appreciate your patience and support for our small business.

Shipping increases in both importing from AU and within the US over the last several years, we regret the need to make changes to our shipping fees. We apologize and appreciate your understanding and continued support during these times
