Ancient Lakes C+Salt (aka adrenal cocktail) rich in antioxidant vitamin C from acerola cherry to provide immune/electrolyte/adrenal support, help manage fatigue and protect from free-radical damage.

Directions for use: Take 1/4 tspp with 250–350mL water  twice a day*

Contains only: Natural Australian Lake Salt, Potassium Chloride, Acerola Cherry powder (Malpighia glabra.)

Take 1–2 dose morning and afternoon.

* Heat, intensity and duration can affect your needs for fluid and electrolyte replacement. Best used regularly throughout your exercise regime and during the day when you experience fatigue.  Consume up to 1-2 capsules per liter of fluid two times a day.   Do not consume with electrolyte drinks without specific advice of your medical practitioner.
